Nominated participants must complete the online application on the following web link: https://itecgoi.in/e-itec. Applicants are advised to select nationality/country from the drop-down menu, not tick the check box and finally, click 'proceed'. Once the online application is completed, applicants/nominating agency may notify the High Commission of India in Port of Spain on itec.pospain@mea.gov.in for further processing.
